Request deletion of your account
We process deletion requests within 30 days. This removes the account record, purchase history, generation history, and uploaded source photos. Some records (billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance) may be retained for the period required by law.
How to request
- Send an email from the address you used to sign in.
- Subject: Delete my AI Photo Extender account
- Body should include the email + an optional reason (helps us improve).
- We reply within 30 days confirming deletion.
What gets deleted
- ▸Account record + email
- ▸Stored generation history
- ▸Source photos in R2 (auto-deleted after 24h regardless)
- ▸Subscription & credit-pack records (after legal retention)
Cancel subscription first
If you have an active plan, cancel it from your account page before requesting deletion to avoid a final billing cycle.
